Swollen Glands, what to do?
4 Answers
Hi all.
Not feeling too good today. Woke up this morning with a sore throat. The glands at the sides of my throat and back of my neck are really swollen and achy- it feels like i'm being choked. Not nice!
Took a beechams cold and flu earlier, and tried a couple of asprin a short while ago, and had some honey and lemon.
Anyone got any suggestions i could try?

If I was you gargle with the asprin and then swallow it. But make sure you do not take any other pain killer at the same time. Eating honey of a teaspoon is also good as it is a antiseptic. Or drink honey and lemon and painkillers/ hope you better soon. x
