wierd itching whn i wheeze

i get a itchy armpit and the area just below when i cough of if i have a wheezy kinda cough and breathe deeply.

but its like a itch on the inside and if i scratch it it just goes sore but doesnt relieve the itchyness.

i don't think i need to bother the doctor but it gets annoying and only happens at night in bed. perculiar or what?

does anyone else get this?

plus i'm not entirely sure but am quite that its only my right side that itches.
