My Fitness Program
hi, im 17 years and i play rugby quite alot. the season is now over and will not start again for 4 months. i have decided that i need to "bulk up". i currently weigh around 70kg or 150lbs but want to put more weight on in the form of muscle obviously.
i was wondering if anybody could give me advice on a fitness program that would be suitable for my needs. also i would prefer if it did not include supplements as i cant afford a 60euro tub of protein.
also, is it possible this program could last only four months as when i start playing rugby again i am not likely to put on mass as i have heard it is hard to put on weight whilst doing alot of cardiovascular exercise?
