can anybody recommend a (not too expensive) health farm break?

hi, im looking for a few days away at a health farm. among the things i would like to do are detox (strict eating/drinking), get a massage, play squash, sunbathe, walk, i don't know, just lots of nice pampering/relaxing things, and btw i am a man (we are allowed to destress and be pampered aswell as women), just wondering if any of you have had a great experience anywhere in the uk that didn't cost the earth for a long weekend/week. thank you.
