WeightWatchers points in King Prawn Chow Mein ??

I have looked around the net to find the WW points value of King Prawn Chow Mein, i have that once or twice a week and expected it to be around 12 points. However, i was really surprised to notice that the WW sheets say 5.5 points and so do all the other websites ! -

Surely this cannot be right ?? - a standard size tub of King Prawn Chow Mein fills me right up, so i cannot believe it's only 5.5 points, but sites like these suggest it's right:

Hi Andy, i think this is correct see website belwo that also lists it as 5.5, a chicken chow mein is only ever 7 sot hat seems right to me!

If you make it yourself and can list the recipe with weights, or if you buy it ready made and have the calories and fat (or sat fat) content i can work it out for you if that helps :-)

Hi there Abi, yeah it seems to be right, i was just surprised cos it is a good "filler upper", probably low on points as it's mostly bean shoots and noodles, i think there's only a couple of points in 12 king prawns too, so maybe it is correct!. Think i'll be having that one more often! cheers!

Lorri, it's from the local Chinese Takeaway so i don't have the calories etc, but thanks anyway!
