lol, you could say that. im on 810cals a day = a cambridge diet 1 shake made with water, 2 diet choc bars and a tuna salad. can only have a limited number of things as eve meal - water only to drink or sugar free drinks, no carbs, no fruit but can have green veg, salad, tuna and chicken.
It's an expensive way to lose weight. Why don't you just eat healthily and reduce portions as well as exercise regularly.

I'd have thought you would have lost more than 2 stones if you've been on 810 cals for 7 months. It's a starvation diet and really not healthy to be consuming so little for such a long time.
I was going to go on the LighterLife diet which is based on 560 calories a day........after attending a meeting I've decided to just cut back and start using my new treadmill more.........
Working in the Fitness Industry, I've seen a few people who have been on Lighter Life and they do definitely lose weight, but not the right kind.

The weight loss is rapid and they appear to lose mostly muscle, but the fat is left behind. The last woman I saw looked like a deflated balloon, saggy, gaunt and shapeless. Probably the right thing avoiding it Craft. Cutting back as well as exercising would be healthier.
I know this is a little late in the thread, but you could possibly be low on electrolytes, for example potassium.
