Help - I'm addicted to crisps
37 Answers
I know this may be silly to some, but I'm convinced I'm addicted to crisps...! I constantly crave them and cannot go through a day without having at least one packet (and it can be several I'm ashamed to say!!!!). I've always loved them, but now I'm in my 30s, I know they are bad for you and feel I should be cutting them out altogether!
Is there some trick to stop me craving them? Help... please....

He was a little chubby and when I stopped buying them he lost weight and is now very tall and slim!
Crisps are very moreish and the trouble is, you can carry on eating them when you're not hungry. They contain way too much salt and fat and not good for you!
I never buy them anymore and like kjc says just walk past that line in the supermarket.Like all addictions, you will get over it when you give them up altogether.
