..Until recentley Ive never had cause to use eye drops.I was recommended a straight foreward OTC product 'Optrix Refreshing Eye Drops'.The ingredients stated are Purified Water and Witch Hazel, thats all, nothing more .
My point is the price.
At my local chemist this cost me 3.83 for a 10- yes 10-millilitre bottle.
How ever can this kind of pricing be justified.Of course its not just my chemist but all pharmacuetical retailers

Hi janzman - I have been using the 'Itchy Eye Drops' from Optrex - similar ingredients Witch Hazel and purified water etc. I paid 3.99 - I bet it cost all of 1.00 to produce the product.

Have you seen the new eye drops on tv from Optrex that you spray onto your eyelids whilst eyes are closed. They cost 14.99 !!!

if its sprayed onto your eyelids your eyes are closed and therefore you wont see the scanderlous price....anyway how the heel does it work???????
because you for one bought it

clean water is all you need ... unless there is some medical reason.

or a good hot shower will produce enough steam to do the job.

if you prefer cold ... old teabags
