an easy way to stick to my diet tomorrow.

today i tried really hard to stick to a 200 calorie diet. i managed till around 8pm when my mum forced me to eat and i lost controll over food again. i got so annoyed. because of this tomorrow i am not going to eat anything and im going to go to gym to make up for what happened today. i have a feeling that im going to feel very hungry after gym. how can i controll myself? it's definately the last time im going over 500 calories because i always lose controll:-(
