anybody had a knee replacement ?......were the results good afterwards.

Yes I work with a man who got it done early in summer - he is riddled with arthritis but got the knee done and he is superb - showed me how his knee was so flexible. I could not believe it but there you go.

A friend of mine also gets about like a man possessed since he had his done a year ago. Go for it, you won`t regret it.

Hi Topman
Had a TKR (Total Knee Replacement) in October 2005. Don't really know what I expected the result to be, but suffice to say it's OK. Some days it still aches and feels "strange" ( only way I can describe it) but I don't get the horrible pains like I used to. I would certainly recommend the op to anyone who suffers with arthritis in the knee. Hope this helps. Keep us posted.
