Cramp

Hello there,

I keep getting cramp in my calf on my right leg, i only get it during the night - and always the same leg..does anybody know why this is?? Im getting it quite often and its extremly painful..

Please help.

dehydrated drink more water. Thats why I tend to get it alot after dancing all night and drinking all night lol

haha thats the answer then, my little girl is sitll in the cot in my bedroom, i dont no how i dont scream and wake her up, its so painful :(

See your GP for some Quinine tablets.
