you can by toothpaste like pearl drops or any toothpaste go too your pharmacy or your local supermarket and ask they will be willing to help

Stick some bicarb on your wet toothbrush, under the toothpaste. After a couple of weeks doing this, you should notice a difference.

my teeth stain really bad. i use bicarbonate of soda mixed with a dash of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt.

works a treat. you can see the the staining come of when you spit it out

Smokers toothpaste works on most stains,not just tobacco ones.

you can remove stains (coffee/red wine/fags) with some abrasive toothpastes, but they won't whiten your teeth.

Chewing sugar free gum after meals works for me. It does take time if they are stained. I always drink fruit juics through a straw. Don't drink coffee and tea in moderation.

Don't use fake whitening...check out the teeth with some celebs...looks unnatural.
