how can i lose weight on my tummy. every person i have met this week has thought im pregnant, i can assure you im not, my tummy is bloated and fat, i have IBS could that be the cause, i am a stone overweight as well, i cant seem to get motivated to lose weight, wats the best keep fit class i can join or the best work out for my tummy
You can't target where you lose weight from. You can tone up particular muscles but whilst overweight you won't see the benefit of this. You need a healthy calorie controlled diet along with exercise.
