Fat burn accelerator

In the past couple of years, my weight has shot up and nothing I do, not regular exercise, nor a healthy diet is bringing it back down. I am in complete dispair, I've lost pretty much all of my confidence, I find any excuse to avoid going out because I hate being so much bigger now and I just want my old figure back so that I can feel comfortable in myself. I am aware that you can purchase fat burn accelerators, which, when used as part of a sensible exercise regime, help to burn fat at a higher rate, but I have no idea where to get these from or what to buy - search engines just seem to bring up what appear to be diet pills. Please don't tell me that this product is just a fad diet pill, I know it works as a friend's mother who was in the same position as me used a product, sensibly, to help reach her goal weight - however, they live on the continent and I was rather hoping I could buy such product in the UK. Please please help me, I'm at the end of my tether
