Some cancer patients look very ill, others (due to the type of cancer) look no different then before they had cancer. Remember Jane Tomlinson? She was given 6 months to live but died about 7 years later. During which time she received telephone calls from people saying she was a fraud and that she did not have cancer. So be careful what you say!
