to loose tummy fat, i still have'nt managed it and its looking worse and people are starting to notice...........i just want to do a good hourly workout etc, twice a week...its the only time i get, what would you reccomend.

You cannot spot reduce fat from one area of your body. You need to lower your whole body fat percentage by eating a healthy diet and getting regular aerobic exercise. You can then use body toning exercises to tone and firm any area of the body you wish.
lose not loose - loose fat is the problem, to lose fat is the solution
any aerobic exercise that leave you slightly out of breath and sweating if done 2 or 3 times a week should reduce your fat levels - if you include weight training this would assist with raising your metabolism meaning less fat would be built up form the food you eat. Join a gym, get an instructor to do you a programme and get it updated once a month or so.
