I have read and read and read countless magazines , websites etc , all i want to know is What IS the best way to tone up you Stomach , and those who answer (if any) has it worked for you or anyone you know ?

i do 50 sit ups a day and i think its starting to work, but don't know how long it'll take.

I heard somewhere that if you do lots, without a bra on your boobs can go saggy . . .
the Slendertone belts work by toning your muscles, but they won't deal with excess weight/fat, as that's a diet issue.
i don't know if that applies to as i don't know your gender ir even if you are a woman, you might be quite flat chested so it would be a problem if it is true.

I am a Male mollykins but thanks for the input , i have read crunches are better than sit ups ? get so many conflicting magazine articles i dont know if i'm coming or going .

Yes, crunches are good.

And keeping the tension on the muscles is best, so you'd be better doing 10 slowly than 20 quickly.

Don't "lock out" at the top or bottom of the movement - it lets the tension go.

Also ... try a move called "the Plank" ...
