A really good diet I use when I want to lose weight quickly works. If you aim to do at least 30 mins of cardio- even a nice brisk walk will do the job at least 3 times a week . You can eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, potatoes, brown rice, rice noodles, ryvita, oat cakes, rice cakes, oats, low fat yogurt, chicken (no skin) beef (fat trimmed) eggs, fish, tofu. the main things you need to cut out are crisps, chocolate, refined foods (ie cakes, sweets and processed snacks) pasta and bread. No cheese except really light ones like philadelphia or light laughing cow. It genuinely works...
