Bump skin around where stomach is

What looks like is heat rash but not itchy and little bump on the area on the skin of where the stomach is. Could that be related to Acid Reflux? as suffering from it. Went to see dr's 3 times. One said it looks like inflammation in the stomach and even gave omperazole but already have it at home as take it daily. I need anyone's advice. Many thanks

I'm assuming these bumps are actually raised, correct? Are they red? If they are NOT raised, but look like tiny red dots, you may be experiencing petichiae as a result from a low platelet count.
