Eye problem

Why can i see transparent veins in my field of vision, mostly in my right eye. They seemed to be connected to small round nodules, some of which are prominent in my field of vision.
Any answers ?
I am 47 and have to wear glasses permanantely.

I get them too, they're mostly visible I'm in bright sunlight, even with my eyes closed. I'm glad that reassured you, but you should mention it when you see your GP or optician next time :o)
