Dyslexia

Does anyone have any experience of managing people with dyslexia? Any tips for improving communication? Obviously spoken rather than written word would help - but this is always possible in a team environment, are there presentation/power point styles that might help? This would need to be subtle so as not to offend or highlight the issue to others.

Have heard that using pale yellow instead of white paper helps some people with dyslexia, not sure if it will help on screen? If you do decide on yellow paper change it for everyone not just the person with dyslexia.
