I've heard that there is an extremley good celebrity diet drink called "Vita Coco" that is only ment to cost 32p! but the problem is that i have no idea where to get it from, any shop suggestions will be much appriciated, Thank you.

According to this its one pound twenty nine for a small 330ml carton from holland and barrett, I think I can recall seeing this in Tesco or Asda.

I've heard about this too and wanted to try it. Did you by any chance see this in LOOK magazine?!
You can definitely get it from waitrose. Also, you do know you have to drink this along with a healthy diet and lifestyle. I wish there was a drink you could just take and still eat some chocolate biccies at the same time!
Let me know how you get on! And if it actually tastes nice or not...

_sophie_, yes i did see it in "Look" magazine. Yes unfortunatley, you have to have a healthy and well balanced lifestyle, which i all ready have as i love fruit and veg and walk my dog everyday, i completely agree with you if only there was such a way to eat all the fravourite foods and not gain weight, when that the drink comes around, i shall be buying it straight away! I shall let you know how i got on and if it tastes nice or not :)
