My boyfriend snores like a train!

He has asthma which I think contributes to his snoring. I'm looking for suggestions to stop him being so loud.

My OH doesn't have asthma and he still snores like a train Toni, especially if he's been on the ale! I just wear earplugs!

I find if my bloke is snoring if I do a loud cough he stops

I think it must wake them up just a tiny bit o it stops it. Think I heard about it on tv one time

I would but for my sore knee! I'm going to sleep in the spare room and let the cats in with him, would love to see his face in the morning! G'nite

Can't see that Asthma has anything to do with it.

He needs to see an ENT specialist to rule out an upper airway problem which may well be amenable to treatment and hence cure his snoring.

If i've been wheezy during the day, i apparantly snore loudly, so what i tried doing was taking my inhaler just before i go too bed and so far its worked. But i was a little bit wheezy to start with so i don't know if it will work if your not wheezy at all when you take it.

By the way, i don't know if this makes any diference, but i have a blue inhaler.

Thanks for the advice sqad, I'll ask him to do that. Funnily enough he doesn't snore as much when hes had a few too many drinks so its been a bit quieter over the weekend.
