Thank you squad, for your insight. The only thing I have ever read which conflicts with what you say, is somewhere that I read that if you live anywhere North of Atlanta, GA, that you will not get enough Vitamin D, on a daily basis, due to cloudy weather, etc.
For example, where I live here now, it rained or what cloudy every day here since June 8th. Or in the winter we are socked in several days in a row. Almost like London?
I know of some doctors who are trying large amounts of Vitamin D. (10,000 units a week). Does seem to be too much. I take 4,000 units a day and have felt much better than I have since I moved here 30 years ago. I did not take supplementary D until just recently, could not figure why I felts so badly. I worked inside a building without windows., 8 yrs daily. Onward and forward.
