Is there an approved NHS list of what to eat when starting a yeast free (not to be confused with yeast infection/candida) and dairy free diet?

I have found out that I am allergic to yeast and cows milk so I can't have any dairy and am also allergic to egg white. I have been through copious amounts of website with people offering advice but I wondered if there's an official answer i.e. guidelines from the NHS as there's a lot of conflicting information i.e. eat fruit/don't eat fruit, eat tomatoes/don't eat tomatoes etc.
Is there someone out there who has the same problem and can advise some good reliable websites and also what steps they took to get help through their GP? The test was done through blood tests IEG test (testing antibodies) however GP's seem to be quite skeptical about this so I think getting their support on how to progress things will be difficult.
My main symptom is extreme fatigue which I have had for about 8 years. I also have an underactive thyroid and IBS and have had blood tests to rule my thyroid out as well as anemia and deficiency in iron and B12.
All advice is very welcome, thanks a lot ;o)
