Side effects of mini pill

I started taking Cerazette just after I had my son (2.5 years ago, which never gave me any side effects) and stopped momentarily a few months ago to try the implant which I didn't get on well with. So I started taking Cerazette again approximately 5 weeks ago. I have been feeling nauseous for a couple of weeks now and since yesterday the nausea has been accompanied by an extremely bloated stomach and a generally achy body. Could this be side effects of going back onto the pill? I am not pregnant. TIA
