Seriously small portions two small meals plus one snack per day the odd glass of whine and virtually no carbs.. exercising about 2 hours a day and I had a lot to lose which means I will probably shift the first 21lbs or so pretty quickly
Congratulations rowanwitch any loss is always a good one! Keep it up and don't fall a foll to temptation in the guise of chocolate ice cream and other junk foods as the guilt the next day is really depressing!
I like the aerobic ones and some of the new ones in wii fit plus.. and it is really helping having a really important target...Def swim tomorrow too...havent been for about a year...but we have a pool at work
We have a gym,squash courts, tennis courts as well.... its actually a separate club that was founded many years ago on a charitable donation , but you need to work at the hospital to belong They have good quiz nights etc in the bar as well
Wow RW great achievement - s'funny thing with exercise, the more you do the more you want to do- isn't it something to do with a fit person having increased red blood corpuscules which in turn carry more oxygen around the body.? Whatever, the main thing is you sound as though you're enjoying what you're doing. Good stuff
I'm not even going to bother weighing myself until kids go back to school in 3 weeks - too many days out and ' ohh mum, lets make some crispy cakes' at the moment.
