NEVER take pain killers on an empty stomach...!!!

I can eat now but it's more of a needs must rather than appetite.....I'm trying to eat something small every few hours. I could barely climb the stairs yesterday I was so weak.

perhaps if you eat really soft stuff - jelly, ice cream, custard - it will slip down without outraging your stomach muscles?

It took me half hour to eat half a yogurt yesterday. I just wanted it to ease the burn in my throat. It worked.

I had some toast last night and some this morning. I might go wild and try a baked spud for lunch :-)

The house are getting fed up because they want proper food now.....

Don't give them a choice. Explain that unless they get in there and start making you a decent fry-up then you will be stoppping all pocket money, you will pick them up from school everyday wearing your frumpiest frock and shouting "coo-ee" loudly, and that you will get drunk then cut their hair whilst they are asleep!

The youngest has tried....he's been cooking himself bacon sandwiches and beans on toast....the oldest just went out....

Marty just ordered a takeaway....

Because I haven't been shopping because I've been poorly there hasn't been much food in the house. The youngest didn't get breakfast yesterday and was walking round like he hadn't eaten for weeks....he even made out he didn't have the energy to talk.

Problem...!!! act like a goat in this house and you get treated like a goat. Marty said he could eat the sofa if he fancied...and refused to go to the shop.

He got fed in the end...before you all start phoning SS...

They're not too bad though.....they've been cleaning the house. Not to my standard...but better than nothing.
