your welcome poodi, i used to do this for 5 days a week but have now cut it down to 3 days as i have reached my target weight, its just a matter of keeping fit now.
I'm overweight, I don't get enough exercise for my sedentary job, but my GP thinks I am OK - my cholesterol is raised but in control, everything else appears to be working fine. I could not stand the tedium of the gym - housework gives me a workout when I do it.
fitter than I was 11 months ago, i just feel lethargic if I dont do some sort of exercise on the days i dont go the gym i walk briskly for 2 miles, I have an underactive thyriod and although its being kept under control with medication i dont want my weight creeping up again so that motivates me on to do the exercise.
I used to go regularly before my son was born, but I am still getting over his birth........................................
