Skechers Shape-Ups

Are these as good for you as they say? What are the advantages supposed to be? Are there any people who shouldn't use them.
I'm thinking of buying a pair for work (mixture of mainly office work and box-packing), but I have a few arthritis-y issues around my hips and knees and a weak back, so don't want to wear them if they're going to do more harm than good.
Are there any objective reviews on the internet anywhere?

I do believe they work but only in the short term, its almost like you get used to walking on something different so they don't keep working. My friend has done well with the fit flops in that she wore them over the summer months last year and seems to tone up a bit, because then had a break from them and went in to them again around may time they have helped tone again we feel . I cannot advise though that they won't do any harm to you in your condition.
