i cant even get on since the first fuse blew cos the others blow as soon as i switch it on
is it the motor?
How old is the treadmill and has it had a lot of use? Maybe the carbon brushes in the motor want/need replacing.???
Question Author
im not sure of the age wak as it was given to me,i was exercising on it for half hour to an hour 5/6 days a week.so if i take the motor off and take it to a domestic appliance shop they should be able to tell me if its the motor?
If it is the motor then you may probably be able to smell where it has been burning.
If it keeps blowing fuses then you definitely have a short circuit somewhere, be careful.

It may depend on the make of your treadmill and the size and output of the motor but shop around.
Hope this helps.
