They told me a bit about it and the fact is you need to be very careful what you eat, ie any fat and it will run right through you that I felt they were probably losing weight due to careful eating - they were having to think about what they were putting in their mouths! I suppose if you have quite a bit to lose it might be worth a try as might be enough to kick start your weight loss as it will make you think about your food intake. Good luck!
when are you due back? saw a recommended diet in daily mail the other day - just for a few days but is mainly dairy products, you could try googling it. Really look at what you are eating, perhaps you could drastically reduce portion sizes and get some exercise in - you want your uniform to fit in the long run?
Even the website states that people can experience sudden bowel movements.

I have a pack in my cupboard and have been too scared to try. Plus the directions say that if you have a meal that has only a certain amount of calories or fat then you don't need to take them... two of my meals a day are comprised of fruit and/or soup! I didn't know what to do for the best and didn't wnat to be caught short at work :-/
Sorry about that. Had to wash and put Lt Tiggs to bed.
I'm due back mid Feb but I'm taking a further 4 weeks A/L (accrued from last year) so I'll be going back mid March. That should give me enough time to lose half of what I need to.
I've stopped buying chocolates and biscuits which should help.
I heard about it a few years ago Yelenots but my weight was fine then. Its just since falling pregnant and having Lt Tiggs that I've put on 3 stone.
