I'm 68 and have been diagnosed with thrush a few weeks ago. I had pessaries and cream and it cleared up, but has come back so I'm having another course.

What worries me is that I have no itching. Is it possible to have thrush without the itching?

i've only ever had it once and it didn't itch very much, not enough to be troublesome.
I would think so as the itching is a symptom. We don't always get all the symptoms of something.

yes it is possible ...we used to pick up undiagnosed infections when ladies came into theatre for minor ops....
get some probiotic yohurt that will sort it out

Thank you very much - I'm reassured. Re the yoghurt, should I eat it or apply it?
