Two cups of coffee contains 30 mg of caffeine. This is enough to raise your blood pressure and pulse rate significantly. So 30+30=60mg which equals 4cups of coffee 1cup of coffee is 15mg, So 60+15=75mg of caffeine. This right here tells you that if two cup of coffee raises your blood pressure and pulse rate then five cup is really not a good idea for you to drink.
