Just been reading about Molly and thinking about her future Sparrow-esque adventures on the high seas with her new speedboat; and it got me wondering. Can anybody set up a fund for a speedboat and get donations?

If so then would you please donate kindly to my new charity. It's been set up because a) I live near the sea, b) it's really sunny and c) I'm skint therefore can't afford it myself.

I'd like to be able to crusie the seas swashbuckling and buccaneering my way to fortune, and I'd like you all to buy me a ship to do it in. I was thinking that HMS Ark Royal is up for sale, or failing that a nice 120ft Sunseeker would do.

I'd even name Her after this place. HMS Chatterbank would rule the waves

We have a nice Tug for sale very few not so careful owners, but has bought the Ark in for the last 30 years, so good service history, All offers considered.

I knwo it's nice that people are donating and are worried about the baot, but could they please stop saying it's MY NEW boat. 1) it'll belong to the unit of which i'm only there for 1.5 more years and 2) the boat is over 25 years old and now we have to try and buy it off of the navy. . . .

Bool, I think you are confusing the sort of adventures we would get up to on our boat. There will be no champagne sipping, only swilling of grog between pillaging islands.

............you can have that one, as long as you saw off one leg, get a parrot ( that says 'a gottle of gear', ditch NoM and seduce all the wenches you can, say oooaaaarrr after every word, dribble your drink and talk with your mouth full and spit at people.............also................smell of wee always and get all sorts of nasty bumps, lumps and mumps...........plus most types of VD and warts and piles.........and.......
