I have been trying to munch the sage leaves this afternoon, but they are bloody horrible, very bitter. Can I put them between two slabs of Cadbury's Dairy Milk ? (:0(

they are supposed to taste like sage DEN.....put a couple of leaves in a sandwich if that's better for you, swallow and think of England !

LOL, I know but just think how much good it's going to do you. It's an easy contest really, something furry in your mouth for a few minutes against no hot flushes !

I used to have to take feverfew leaves for migraine and they were extremely bitter. They weren't too bad in a cheese sandwich, if that helps.

DEN, best thing is to learn to live with them and work round them (are you DEN53 because you were born in 1953 or because you're 53 years old, or were when you registered?)
