I've been having stomach cramps since Saturday, in my top tummy, I've hardly eaten anything as I feel bloated and full almost straight away and have been drinking plenty of water. Today I have the runs really bad and I'm not feeling any better at all, no fever. I don't like to bother the doc if it's just a time thing but when should i start to be concerned?

I would make an appointment at the docs, as he/she may be able to prescribe you something for the discomfort.
It does indeed sound like an infection from something that you ate, probably on Saturday and if so the diarrhea and the stomach cramps should be settling today.Drink plenty as you say that you are doing and if by tomorrow morning there is no improvement, then see your GP.
