will my hair go green

i have had my hair bleach blond now 4 about 9 months and my roots are comin through, but im bored wiv blond and wanna go a blue/black OR a plum/purple colour, my cousin says if i do it blue/black then my hair will turn green. does n e 1 know if its true, ive dyed my hair that many colours so its used 2 being done

Yes be carefull - you have to repigment your hair first - in the 60's my hair went olive green (not fashionable then) had to stay in for 2weeks before I could persuade mum to pay for the hairdressers.

You could always just try a the colour out first, Cut a small amount of hair from the middle of your had at the back where you wont notice it and test the colour.

I had dark brown hair with some blonde highlights put through the underneath (the clever way so you don't have roots). . anyway I decided to go blue/black.  Well, where I'd had the blonde, after a few weeks, it faded to green so it was a nightmare as I had to have it dyed all the time!  I now have it a colour called red/black which looks black at night but quite red in the day.  All of my blonde is out now which is a relief!  But if I were you, I wouldn't go blue/black because you'll be asking for trouble.  I'm not sure about the plum though.  Good luck

hi i constantly change my hair colour my best friend is a hairdresser i went from bleach blonde to blue/black via dark bown had to put some pigment back in my hair first only problem is you do have to keep it up till your natural colour grows back.
