Update Re my 17 year old
6 Answers
For those of you who were kind enough to ask for an update (and for those who have missed the saga)
He arrives home today about 10.30, stays for a while , has lunch, goes out with some pals and comes back for dinner. At time of posting, he is still here with his bruv and playing computer games.
He's been offered a flat about 10 mins away from his work (which is great) He is going to see it tomorrow (weird day to view a flat but hey-ho)
Mentioned to my OH that his cousin is taking him, son is staying at her mother's place. I said it's a shame when someone sticks their ned into another family isn't it. He said yep, shook his head and sealed up.
I could go on......

He may be too proud to give in. I see he has got a job - lucky him. When my son left home - as soon as he was 18 - he lived in a real grot-hole but what can you do, they need to have independance and you have to let them go sooner or later. It is very difficult. At least you can tell us, if no-one else will listen.
