It happens most of the times that I feel frustrated even when I try to keep myself cool and calm but on some issues I finds this hard enough to control my feelings and I just act weird. This happens with many people but can anyone help me know what are the best ways to overcome this frustrating feeling.
what i do in situations like this is, take a cool shower, make a nice cool glass of lemonade and curl up in bed to read a book or watch a moive! when you are frustrated you also become irriated and angry ... your blood presure increases and what you need to do is cool yourself off ... take your mind off the problem for a while so you can approach it again with a cool!
It dependsif it's just general things I remember that in 100 years time none of it will matter. If it's so big it will then I try to channel Ghandi and if it's an individual that's ticking me off I usually punch them;-)
