If God made everything, then where did god come from? Just thinking about it makes my brain hurt, have too much time on my hands. Happy Easter every1

A good brain-hurting question for Easter Day, indian! I think this is something beyond our comprehension, or beyond the comprehension of those who believe that God exists (not a big issue for those who don't believe God exists). I, as one who believes in God, tend to believe that God has just always been. We as humans have problems to understand that since we are limited by our own thinking and always tend to see things as having a beginning or end. When we do that we can end up in a process of infinite regress - i.e. if we came up with an answer to say where God came from then we would go on to say well what did that come from and so on and so on. Back to eating my Easter chocolate now... Happy Easter!
non-believers have the same problem: what set the big bang off?

from what you have said i know you dont believe in god.you are adopting a scientific approach in an intuitive field.Experience has intuitively taught me that god exists(And I dont go to church) Just look around you--- are there not miracles enough.Accept this and your brain wont hurt anymore.I have also found that the REALLY happy believe in god    James

Wouldn't life be boring if we had answers for everything? I certainly think it would i would rather have all the questions than all the answers, this is a personal thing for everyone, i believe in God definitely, i have found out too much not believe anymore though i did used to be very sceptical.

He made himself first!
