how soon after a miscarriage can i get pregnant?

hi all
i miscarried on friday 13th may (unlucky huh) i stopped bleeding on 18th may....we were eager to try again so had unprotected sex on 19th may, 21st may and 25th may. does anyone know what my chances of being pregnant are? i had no signs with my miscarried baby just a missed period and still have no symptons just a bit tired. any help is appreciated

You can get pregnant straight away..

It would be way too early to tell if you conceived on any of those days. The tiredness is probably down to the sex.

as soon as you next ovulate. It would be recommended that you wait for at least one full menstrual cycle otherwise you wont have a clue about your dates

You'll have to start ovulating again before you can get pregnant. Once you've had a normal period, then your chances will increase. That's not to say that you can't get pregnant now - the human body does some strange things! Anyway, good luck and enjoy trying for your next baby! I hope everything goes well for you. K xx

with my first pregnancy i did a home test and found out i was pregnant but only 3 weeks gone......

i was told that after miscarriages you are very fertile this is why we have been trying again so soon

Well yes, there are tests that claim to be able to tell if you are pregnant early, but not from yesterday.

and you dont know when (or if) you have ovulated yet.

as i said, it would be better to perhaps let one cycle run first

i know you are eager to try again, but let nature do what it wants to do, stressing about whether youre pregnant again already wont be helping you.
