How do I get to tickle my best mate to death?

Myself and my best mate are both straight males. He is extremely ticklsh all overand hates to be tickled.
However, i really want to get some revenge on him by tickling him to death, (especially on the bottoms of his bear feet, which is his most ticklish spot).
How can I go about doing this without him getting annoyed and without the risk of him telling anyone.

This has to be one of the most bizarre questions I've seen here to date.
Try attaching a couple of TENs pads to the soles of his feet then increasing the levels until he screams and starts hitting you on the head with a frozen haddock.
