7 Answers
only when i breathe deeply. i mean a very sharp pain - enough to dtop me in my tracks!
I have had it before, years ago and it passed. This is going too now. I've had it about an hour or so. shallow breathing is ok, but when I forgot and yawned, it was very painful!
Wjay could it be?

I'm suffering from a similar thing at the moment (back spasms) the solutions seems to include: rest, gentle stretches and mild excercise, ibuprofen etc. If you can bear it, breathing RIGHT in past the point of pain may make it 'click' and then stop - I've done that before.
