Just seen Seb Coe on the telly, saying there will be about 100,000 tickets available for the 2nd round of applications.

That's way fewer than the number of people who missed out altogether.

So even if you just apply for one ticket, to go on your own without a friend or spouse, you've still got pretty much no chance.

Aah, well ... that's that, then.

I think it could be easier to win the National Lottery than obtain Tickets for the Olympics.
I wonder how many Tickets have gone to Overseas visitors ?

if you never got tickets in the first place as a host inhabitant, you would have to consider is it worth having another go.
It would be cheaper to buy a TV +the licence
