If you seen a young child that you knew one part of your body would save his / her life, & us being an old fart over 80s, would you end your life to save the child?

Depends, for one of my own or a child that I was close to I wouldn't hesitate. For my neighbours child.........hell no!

Medical ethics would not allow you to end your own life on purpose, however if you chose to donate your kidney you could risk ending your life to save a family member. I think that this has been shown on telly some time ago.

Have any of you ABers done this noble deed?
I sometimes wonder what's in your head. some of your questions are...........odd.
Medical ethics apart I think it's quite an interesting question.

Whats the point of this site if you cannot ask what you are thinking about Mic, I would like to think if the choice was given to help a youngster that's the route I would go, but everyone has a right to think! do we?
