I was talking to Big Sis tonight and we recalled how our maternal grandfather had a love of pears and Bounty bars. Most days he would have both. I have always loved pears and coconut, in general, but Big Sis did not take to either. Strange how we differ in some respects.

I used to love coconut milk, and I still like pears. I remember being fascinated with Pomegranates Mum used to give us half each and a pin to pick them out. I still can't make up my mind about them.
I'm sure my mother used to give me and my sister a pomegranate just to keep us quiet for an hour...........
Quick!

Coconuts are good to eat but I don't like eating pears - too many suds in the mouth...
Craft - and now, at long last, the TV chefs have taught us how to get the pips out without using a pin!!!
