how do you lower your blood pressure quickly?

My friend has really high blood pressure and she's been told it will be hard for her to conceive until it comes down. She eats well, doesn't smoke and only has a drink every so often is there any thing she can do to help bring it down without taking pills

Increase exercise . Lose weight (if appropriate). Reduce caffeine. Try relaxation therapies.

cut down on salt, caffeine, alcohol, anything high in fats, but there is no real quick fix. If its that high, she may have to take blood pressure pills, should ask the doctor.

put honey on your toast instead of butter , cut out sugar and milk from your tea and coffee , and most importantly stop driving and start walking .
