baby has temerature . should i take her to docs ?

our baby told us last night she feels sick, she is 2.5 years old, this morn she has temperature and her legs arms are hot her head is not too hot, should i take her to docs ? she is not being sick or anything, no rashs or anything like that, maybe some infant paracetamol ?

Have you taken her temperature? Her head being hot is not really a great indicator of her temp in all honesty
It's very unusual for a 2.5 year old to be able to say they feel sick - has she been sick?
Give paracetamol if you have some and just keep an eye on her - that's what I would do anyway.

just noticed runny nose, must be a small infection or cold, keeping eye on her and have got her some infant para. thanks
was she out in the hot sun yesterday, running around etc? could be that shes just very warm.

Give her some medication as advised. Even if she has got a sniffly nose and a slight temp that isnt reason to make a GP appointment on its own.
You should invest in a good childrens thermometer - a vital piece of kit when you've a baby. A childs skin can be warm to the touch for many reasons other than a temperature. It could save your time and the doctors.
