how long does it take to get fit after starting jogging with a zero fitness level.

I am not the fittest bloke about but in 1996 after 5 months jogging I was able to run the London marathon in a respectable time and with out stopping. Don't expect to get fit or lose wieght if jogging is all your'e doing, eat well and you will soon feel better, look better and be better.
